Come and discover the famous Abondance cheese. From the sound of cowbells ringing across the mountain pastures to the gentle splashing of water in the cellars, via the scent of fresh milk and the warmth of the chalet, treat yourself to a journey to the heart of our expertise and traditions.
After following each stage of the production process, including the importance of quality labels, and discovering the full diversity of Savoie cheeses, it’s time for the tasting! Gather round a sensory table to touch, observe and smell the cheeses before finally tasting the fruits of your labour. For those with a sweet tooth, recipes and ideas for cheese platters are available so you can take a little piece of our mountains home with you.
