The Pass’Portes Pédestre Regulation 2026: download. From the time the event organisation closes at 6.00 pm, or as soon as a participant leaves the course before the end of the event, they are deemed to be participating outside the scope of the event. Consequently, they are no longer under the organiser’s responsibility and proceed at their own sole and entire risk.

Authorisation to Leave the Territory

Authorisation to leave the country (AST) , required to travel from France to Switzerland. Information and forms can be downloaded from: www.service-public.fr/particuliers/vosdroits/F1359, completed and placed in your child’s bag. From 15 January 2017, a minor child living in France who travels abroad alone or unaccompanied by one of their parents must be in possession of an authorisation to leave the country (AST). This is a form drawn up and signed by a parent (or legal guardian). The form must be accompanied by a photocopy of the signing parent’s identity document. CERFA form

Are dogs allowed on the Pass’Portes Pédestre?

Yes, dogs are allowed on the Pass’Portes Pédestre, including when using the ski lifts. For the safety and comfort of all participants, dogs must be kept on a lead or fitted with a harness throughout the event. We also ask that you ensure your pet’s well-being and show consideration for other trail users.

The Pass'Portes Walking route

This walking version of the Pass’Portes offers a gourmet and educational walk. You’ll also have access to one or even two refreshment stops shared with the Pass’Portes du Soleil MTB route, which might give you the chance to catch up with your cycling friends during a break.
There are no set start times and everyone can walk at their own pace. A guide, stationed at a point along the
route, will introduce you to a distinctive feature of the Portes du Soleil region: gastronomy, history,
wildlife, flora…

The 2026 routes are similar to those of 2025, with a loop accessible from Avoriaz, Châtel or
Montriond-Les Lindarets, and another loop starting from Les Gets. The distances can be adjusted
depending on whether or not you use the ski lifts.
