What should you do in the event of an accident?

To get back to your departure station, you can use the Pass’Portes shuttle buses

Your mountain bike will be returned and can be collected from the Tourist Office at your departure resort (the resort mentioned on your mountain bike tag)

Please note: there are a few exceptions:
Avoriaz, Montriond – Les Lindarets, Roc d’Enfer -> Mountain bikes to be collected from the Morzine Tourist Office
Les Crosets -> Mountain bikes to be collected from the Champéry Tourist Office

How to make sure good insurance ?

By registering for the Pass’Portes, you are covered by the event organiser’s personal insurance for the day of your walk. Please ensure you provide the full names of everyone you are registering. Have you registered your colleagues without providing their full names? You must provide these details in advance to: inscription@portesdusoleil.com
