Accessible via the picturesque Ponts path along the Vièze river, Claudine and Maurice welcome hikers to a bucolic setting, offering a place to rest and sample regional products.
The restaurant is accessible all year round. At the end of May, the Inalpe celebrates the return of the Hérens cows to the mountain pastures, with cow fights and music.
Raclette is celebrated at the end of August. The descent from the mountain pastures takes place at the end of September (or beginning of October).
Other animals (goats and chickens) join the cows in the peaceful atmosphere of Vieux They.
