Observe, smell, listen, touch, taste: an approach that awakens the senses around the cheeses of Savoy!
Savoie cheeses have many fans, but would they be able to recognize them in a blind taste test?
During this workshop, students are invited to focus on their five senses and share their impressions.
Appearance, shape, color, smell, texture... and of course taste! Each sense is illustrated by an activity based on Savoie cheeses.
Topics covered: the five senses, each illustrated by an activity involving three Savoie-labeled cheeses: Abondance, Tomme de Savoie, and Reblochon. The workshop ends with a tasting of these cheeses, of course!
Organization: explanations and discussions about the senses with the facilitator, followed by individual activities.
Reservations required.
