Description
This 8-man detachable chairlift was built in 2008, has a 253 m vertical altitude gain, and offers breathtaking views of the Dents du Midi from the arrival point.
The Crosets 8 chairlift was built in 2008 by the Garaventa / Doppelmeyer transport company. Located at the foot of the slopes at Les Crosets, this record-breaking chairlift transports a whopping hourly flow of 4,000 people and accesses the sectors of Planachaux, Ripaille-Chavanette, Marcheuson, the Snowpark and the race training slope we call the 'Stade'. Winter or summer, passengers are invited to stop at the top and take a souvenir photo on the old chairlift seat placed strategically in front of the Dents du Midi.
