Pass'Portes FAQ

#FAQ
  • How do I sign up?

How do I register for Pass’Portes?
To register, simply go to the Pass’Portes website www.passportesdusoleil.com and click on “register”. First you need to create an account on Sports’N Connect. To do this, simply click on the yellow “Register” button at the top right of the page. You may already have an account with Sports’N Connect, in which case simply log in on the day you register.

    When do registrations open?
    Wednesday 14 January 2026 at 10 a.m. (UTC+1).
How do I prepare my registration?
Here is the information you need to prepare for each participant:
✔ Choice of course and day
    ✔ Choice of starting station
✔ Contact details: Surname / First name / Address / Email / Telephone
    ✔ Date of birth
    ✔ Nationality
✔ Emergency contact (important for rescue): Surname / First name / Telephone

Can I register more than one person at a time?
We recommend that you register individually (if you need to register several people at once, we recommend a maximum of 3 simultaneous registrations).

Can I register for more than one ride at a time?
Yes, just add the different walks to your basket. You will make a single payment at the end of your order. (Registration for the walks is separate).

How do I know if I’m registered?

Your basket (which includes one or more registrations) is only validated once payment has been finalised. You must receive an e-mail confirming your registration. If this is not the case, please contact: inscription@portesdusoleil.com.
When you log on to your Sports’N Connect space, you will find all your registrations (Profile > My registrations).
Registrations marked “Registration validated” mean that you are registered.
Registrations marked “Pending payment” are not valid. You are therefore not registered; you need to register again.

What happens when I send an e-mail to inscription@portesdusoleil.com?
E-mails are processed by our team in chronological order. Due to the large number of requests for registrations, it may take a few hours or a few days; thank you for your understanding. In all cases, you will receive a reply by e-mail.

What method of payment can I use to register?
We do not accept payment by cheque, cash, Paypal or American Express.

Is it possible to register via mobile phone?
Yes, you can. Our registration form is adapted to mobile format to make it easier for you to register if you’re on the move or don’t have access to a computer.

Any request for reimbursement made after the planned day of participation (i.e. during and/or after the event) will not be taken into account.

The €3 cancellation fee cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances.

The organisers offer a “cancellation option” at €3 per entry; valid for the “Pass’Portes du Soleil MTB”, “ePass’Portes du Soleil MTB” and the “Pass’Portes Kids” only and only on the day of the planned participation.

Pass’Portes Bikepark: DH or enduro with 160 to 180 mm tyres.

    What protection do I need?
Helmet and gloves are compulsory. Back, elbow and knee pads are recommended for mountain bike tours.

For children’s rides, protection is compulsory: full-face helmet (available for hire), long gloves, back protector and knee pads.

  • Tips

How do I get my mountain bike on the chairlifts?
Some chairlifts only accept one person and one bike, while others can take 2 people and 2 or more bikes. Sometimes you’ll have to load your bike yourself, sometimes the lift staff will install it. Bikes with tyres wider than 35 mm need special attention when being loaded. It’s all a question of regulations and approval, so don’t be surprised and keep your wits about you!
