This low-tech route is ideal for beginner runners. The route is easy to access and short in distance. If you want to get some height, you can take the Crosets 8 chairlift up to the top.
From the summit of Crosets, the run starts on the right on a dirt cattle track for 1km, with a slight negative gradient. Continue for 3km on a gravel road. Enjoy the high views of Les Crosets and the Dents du Midi. The descent to Les Crosets is on a path through pastures. You arrive at the top of the hamlet and finish your run on asphalt to return to your starting point.
