Les Albertans, 74110 Montriond
This trapper's trail, ideal for families, takes you along the banks of the Dranse, alternating between undergrowth and meadows. You'll love the Far North atmosphere as you make your way from the village of Albertans to the superb Ardent waterfall.
Admire the traditional snow-covered chalets in the hamlets of Albertans and Ardent: in the past, they were only occupied during the summer months. There are also superb views of the cliffs along the way.

- All routes are taken at the hiker's own risk, as they are not supervised.
- Choose your route according to your physical condition and the weather conditions.
- Check the weather forecast (posted daily in the Tourist Offices or in Chamonix) and remember to bring warm, waterproof clothing. Mountain weather changes very quickly.
