We make our own fresh pasta from organic eggs, which is then cooked and served in front of the customer, just like our pizzas.
Our pizzas feature transalpine products that have been awarded designations and labels for their typicality and quality.
We select products that match our values: organic eggs and meat, cold meats and cheeses that can withstand long months of maturing thanks to respectful farming, and fresh local and Italian products with labels.
