Apartment Sapinière 8 is a 3-room mountain apartment of approximately 62m², ideal for a stay with family or friends for up to 5 people. Located on the 2nd floor of the La Sapinière residence in the Benevy district of Les Gets, it boasts a warm Savoyard style, a southeast exposure, and unobstructed views of the village and surrounding mountains.

The apartment includes a bright living room with a dining area and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and hob), as well as two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, and the other with three single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the toilet is separate for added convenience.

Practical amenities include a television, Wi-Fi, a private ski locker, private outdoor parking, a shared bicycle storage area (mountain bikes are welcome but must not be stored indoors), and baby equipment (cot and high chair) upon request. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility and there is no elevator.

The location is very convenient: the apartment is approximately 200–400 meters from the slopes and ski lifts (Chavannes gondola at ~350m and MontChéry gondola at ~600m), with a free shuttle bus stop about 80 meters away for easy access to the resort. Shops, the tourist office, and the ski school are also nearby.

Pets are allowed upon request and for an additional fee, and bed linen and towels can be rented as an option. End-of-stay cleaning is not included and must be done by the tenant. A security deposit of approximately €1500 is required upon arrival.
