Join us for a visit to the farm for cheese-making demonstrations or to watch the goats being milked.
Patiently stirring a fragrant mix in an impressive, 1,400-litre cauldron, our cheesemaker invites you to observe the delicate balance between tradition and modernity that characterises today's cheese-making proces. Afterwards, you can visit our little museum which showcases the tools and artifacts of alpine life in the olden days.
