La Fruitière is the place where milk is transformed into cheese, or the fruit of milk is harvested, hence the name of fruitière.
As we work in a short circuit, we go to collect the milk from our various producers who are in Verchaix, Les Gets ... we manufacture abundance, tomme, raclette and we sell everything on site.
Every Wednesday at 10:00 am, free guided tour with production by the cheese maker (on reservation).
A family business for 3 generations, Monique and her daughter Caroline...
