The Valjoie car park is available to campervans and vans passing through
In the village of Morgins, a pitch is available for vans and campervans.
Parking is free for both pitches, but for a maximum of 7 nights.
However, it is essential that you pay your tourist tax (at the Centre Sportif on Route de France 35 or at the Tourist Office on Route du Village 6), otherwise you will be subject to checks by the local authorities.
ALL YEAR ROUND:
The Valjoie car park (P10), opposite the Tennis Sports Centre, is accessible all year round for large vans and camper vans (7 spaces allocated).
Electricity is available (at a charge of CHF 10/day) on request from the sports centre, but there are no sanitary facilities.
In the street below (route de Plamproz) is the water drainage area.
MID-JUNE TO SEPTEMBER:
In dry weather, the grassy parking area (Rte de Marzolet) above the start of the Morgins gondola is open only to vans (not for camping-cars)
To get there, follow the signs for Parking P3 (to the right of the BnB Chalet Suisse), and drive past the Eco-Point until you reach the Morgins gondola.
A mobile toilet cubicle will be installed there for the high season (otherwise, public toilets are open during the day under the church). No electricity available. No reservations required.
Unauthorised camping is prohibited outside the designated areas (according to art. 55 of the police regulations, see link under multimedia).
