It is understood that by using the website, outside parties fully accept the general terms and conditions detailed hereafter. These terms and conditions are subject to changes or additions at any time, therefore all those visiting the website are advised to consult them regularly.

This website is normally online and accessible at all times. However, it may be necessary to suspend the website temporarily for technical reasons (maintenance), in which case the Association Internationale des Portes du Soleil will do its utmost to inform users of the times and dates that this intervention is planned.

Le site is updated regularly by Xavier Michaud. Similarly, the legal notices are subject to modification without advance warning. Nonetheless, visitors to the website are bound by them and they are advised to consult them as often as possible, to be aware of their contents.

The aim of the website is to provide information about the activities provided by the organisation.

However, it shall not be held accountable for any omissions, incorrect information or deficiencies regarding updates, whether they come from the organisation or a third party.

All information provided on the website is indicative and may be subject to change. Moreover, the information provided on the website is not exhaustive and may be subject to modifications subsequent to publication online.

4. Contractual limits on technical data

The website uses JavaScript technology.

The website cannot be held responsible from any material damages resulting from consulting it. In addition, those visiting the website undertake to do so using up-to-date and virus-free equipment, via the latest generation, updated search engine.

5. Intellectual property and forgery

The Association Internationale des Portes du Soleil is the intellectual property rights owner or copyright holder of all accessible elements on the website, notably the text, images, graphics, logo, icons, sound and programmes.

Any reproduction, depiction, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the website, regardless of the method or procedure employed, is forbidden, except by prior written permission from “Association Internationale des Portes du Soleil”.

The Association Internationale des Portes du Soleil cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by the user’s computer equipment when accessing the website, resulting from the use of equipment that does not meet technical specifications detailed in bullet point 4, or by a computer bug/virus or a compatibility issue.

In France, personal data is protected notably by law n° 78-87 dated 6 January 1978, law n° 2004-801 dated 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

When using the website, the following information may be collected: the URL of links which took the web visitor to the website, the web visitor’s internet provider, the web visitor’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.

No personal information about the web visitor to the website is published without the knowledge of the web visitor, nor exchanged, transferred, ceded or sold to any media belonging to a third party. 9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Any complaint relating to browsing the website is governed by French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is with the relevant court in Paris.
