El Chaltén is born from a dream that we have taken to various parts of the world over the course of some years, but which has finally taken roots in this beautiful Savoyard village.
Our empanadas are based on traditional recipes and family secrets that we have re-worked and adapted along our travels. Empanadas are perfect for sharing great moments with the family or between friends, be it at home or lakeside, on a mountain peak, or at the beach… no need for plates, knives or forks.
